Prices
All prices stated in Pauseonline.com are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). All orders paid through Paypal will be automatically switched back to the defaulted SGD$. We reserve the right to change prices of any items in this site at any time without prior notice.
Colours of products
Due to different calibrations across different monitor screens, the colours of the photos of our products you see on your screen may differ slightly from the real item. Please be ensured though, that we do our best to have our photos' colours as true to the real products as possible.
Ordering from Pauseonline.com
Once the ordering form has been submitted, the Pause team may take up to 2 days to process the order. We will then send a confirmation email to you with the following content:
1) List of products ordered
2) Payment method chosen
3) Total cost including shipping
4) For customers who chose payment via bank transfer: Bank account number to pay to
For customers who chose payment via Paypal: Email of Paypal account to pay to
Payment
Bank transfer (via ATM or iBanking) and Paypal are methods of payment acceptable for local customers (Singapore only)
Paypal is the only accepted payment method for international customers (outside of Singapore)
After confirmation email has been sent, payment has to be made within 3 days or the order will be cancelled and products put up on sale again.
Delivery + Shipping
Local customers can choose between normal postage service and registered mail (with package reference number provided), both via the Singpost service. For international customers, registered Airmail via the SingPost's Speedpost Worldwide Parcel (with Package Reference Number provided) will be used.
Damaged goods
Pauseonline.com apologizes for any damages to your purchases caused in the process of delivery. We will not do refunds if your goods have been damaged by the postal service as we always ensure the maximum safety of all your purchases when we package them. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
